Welcome to the San Joaquin County Office of Education Tech Summit 2016! 

Important Tech Summit Information
When:  Saturday, September 10th 7:30am-3:30pm
Where:  SJCOE/Wentworth Education Center 2707 Transworld Drive, Stockton
What to Bring:  Your Sched itinerary.  Your own device.  
Fee:  Early Bird Registration $75 (through August 15) / Late Registration $95 (closes September 1) Fees include breakfast and lunch.
Who Will Be There:  Educators, Administrators, Curriculum Leaders, IT Staff Members are all welcome to come.  There are over 30 sessions to choose from presented by Vendors such as Google, Apple, STEMScopes, LiveBinders, and more ---- and by Regional Educators who are using technology in their own classrooms at all grade spans.  A Vendor Fare will also be available to you throughout the day in the Wentworth Education Center Lobby.

Directions for Registering
Please read the helpful directions below to walk you through the registration process.  You will first sign up for the sessions of your choice with Sched and then purchase your event ticket to complete registration.  Registration must be completed by indivudal attendee(s) and payment will be required by credit card in order for registration to be completed. NO group registration options are available.
  • Sign into your Sched account. Create your account and profile and then scroll back up to the top of the page and click on "Schedule/Simple View" and choose the sessions of your choice in each time slot given.  If you do not have a Sched account, click on the Sign Up link below.

There are 3 time-slots to the day.  In each time-slot, you will be given the choice to attend two 45-minute sessions or one 90-minute session. 

  • Now that you have chosen your sessions, scroll back up to the top of the page and click on "Tickets".
  • Choose your ticket and follow the prompts for credit card payment and registration.
  • This portion of the registration (personal and job information, payment) MUST be complete in order for your registration choices to be confirmed.  

The email address you register with will receive your registration and payment confirmations.  You will be able to use your Sched event-day schedule that you chose on September 10th to help you navigate through your day.
